What Quellbite is

Quellbite is a dietary information and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Nothing in the app replaces advice from your doctor. Do not start, stop or change medication because of something you read in Quellbite. Trigger analysis shows patterns in your own logs, not medical conclusions.

See a doctor promptly if you have chest pain, trouble swallowing, vomit blood or lose weight without trying.

Your account

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since it is how you log in. One account is for one person.

Plans and renewal

Plans are sold for 1, 3 or 12 months. The first period is charged at the introductory price shown at checkout: $19.99 for 1 month, $39.99 for 3 months, $79 for 12 months.

Your plan then renews automatically at the regular price ($29 per month, $59 every 3 months or $119 per year) until you cancel. Taxes may apply.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If Quellbite is not for you, write to hello@quellbite.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, no questions. A refund ends your access. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

One-time purchases

The Comfort Food Collection is a one-time purchase and stays available in your account for as long as you have one.

Using the app fairly

Please do not misuse the service, try to break it, copy its content or recipes for resale, or use it for anyone else without their agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

Recipes, plans, text and illustrations belong to Quellbite. Your logs remain yours, and you can export them at any time.

Recipes and allergies

Recipes and scanner results are general guidance. Check ingredients yourself if you have allergies or intolerances. Scanner results are estimates and can be wrong.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Quellbite running and accurate, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
